A few answers before you call.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can call us directly. Most outpatient programs, including IOP at Reclaim, don’t require a referral for Medicaid clients.

If your insurance or a court does need a referral or pre-authorization, we’ll guide the process from start to finish.

Can I keep my job?

Outpatient care is designed so you can attend sessions while keeping up with your daily routines and responsibilities.

IOP is 12 hours of group therapy over 4 days a week. OP is 1–2 hours of group therapy, one day a week. PHP, the most structured level, is 25 hours a week.

How long does it last?

The program is built as a year of care. PHP averages 2–4 weeks and IOP about 50 days. Then OP and the Reclaim Recovery Community carry you through the rest of your first year.
